Terms and conditions


These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with all instructions and guidelines for registration into the Kenco Rewards Club as set out on this Kenco website www.mykenco.com, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. Membership of the Kenco Rewards Club is provided at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

  1. The Kenco Rewards Club is open to residents of the UK, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Mondelēz International and their immediate families, agencies, Terracycle or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Please check individual promotions on the website as restrictions to some areas may apply.
  2. Purchase is necessary and internet access is required to participate.
  3. By registering with the Kenco Rewards Club you agree to set up an account entitled My Kenco, and Members agree that they have read and understood the terms and conditions and agree to comply with them.
  1. You may only have one membership and one My Kenco account at any one time. Those with multiple accounts will be immediately removed from the Kenco Rewards Club. Your account should be only accessible only by you and via a secure password. It is your sole responsibility to protect this information from unauthorized individuals.
  2. You are required at all times to provide true and accurate information to the Promoter.
  3. In the event that an account is dormant or inactive for a period of 12 months or more the Promoter shall endeavour to contact the Member through their nominated email address to notify them that their account is at risk of removal. Those who reply within 30 days requesting the account remain active will have their Kenco account balances maintained. In the absence of a satisfactory response, the accrued balances will be forfeited, and the Member's account may be removed.
  4. My Kenco accounts and point balances are not transferable.
  1. Purchase of any promotional Kenco jars or Eco Refill packs is required to participate in the Kenco Rewards Club.
  2. How to participate:
    1. Register as a Member of the Kenco Rewards Club through the website www.mykenco.com and create a My Kenco account;
    2. Enter the unique code found on promotional jars and packs of Kenco. Different packs have different points values. If you encounter a problem with your code or it is missing or unreadable, please contact us at

    3. Additional bonus points can be awarded through promotional activity that will be communicated by Kenco from time to time during the promotional period;
    4. Identify, on the website, the Reward that you wish to collect for, and once you have collected sufficient points, follow the online instructions to claim your Reward;
    5. Points can be redeemed against any Reward offered by the Kenco Rewards Club provided you have sufficient points and the Reward is still on offer on the website.
  3. Please retain your packs with unique codes as these may be requested by Promoter.
  4. Points collected by Members can be redeemed as follows:
    • Redemptions against Points Rewards
    • Redemption against a Promotion Reward offered by the Kenco Rewards Club or a Reward Provider
    • Entry into a competition or prize draw offered by the Kenco Rewards Club or a Reward Provider with the opportunity to win a prize. Once a Member has collected sufficient Points for entry into a competition or prize draw offered by the Kenco Rewards Club or a Reward Provider, and created a My Kenco account they follow the instructions for entry into the competition / prize draw.
    • Donated to Charity (see below for more information).
  5. Please retain your promotional pack and till receipt as proof of purchase may be required.
  1. You are only entitled to earn points as set out under these Terms and Conditions and through authorised communications by the Promoter and these means and amounts are subject to change from time to time. Those not correctly following any required instruction or procedure may result in no points being earned or the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process a claim and terminate the account.
  2. Basic points value by pack type:

  3. All transactions are electronically monitored through a third-party network and each transaction is reported to the Promoter by the third party network. Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held responsible for system failures by the third party network or a Reward Provider. Any complaints or queries in relation to fulfilment or performance of Rewards provided under the Kenco Rewards Club shall be directed to the third party or Reward Provider.
  4. Please note that while we want to encourage you to collect points and enjoy the benefits of the promotion we actively discourage over-consumption. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use, just to claim a Reward.
  5. Systems are in place to identify attempts at code guessing, cheating or suspected over-consumption, and we reserve the right to request proof of purchase, such as the physical codes and till receipts.
  6. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or the spirit of the Kenco Rewards Club, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process a pack code or a claim and terminate an account. These reasons include, but are not limited to:
    • Attempting to collect or redeem points in contravention of these Terms and Conditions;
    • Attempting to have, or having, multiple My Kenco accounts;
    • Any fraudulent activity with respect to copying coupons, vouchers or purchasing or trading points;
    • Interfering with the Kenco Rewards Club or the points website;
    • The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Members are responsible for any tax implications or payment of tax, if any, that may arise through collecting points.
  8. You must have sufficient points accrued in your account in order to claim any Reward.
  9. Points will expire 18 months following the last entry of a unique code into an account. Members must use points before the stated expiry date or those points will be lost and removed from their account.
Rewards and redemptions
  1. Rewards and their descriptions are supplied are provided by the stated Reward Manufacturer or Reward Provider and the Promoter makes no warranty in respect of such Rewards. The Promoter disclaims any and all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. The Promoter is not responsible for those guarantees, warranties, and representations, if any, offered by Reward Providers. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by a Member under the Kenco Rewards Club shall create any warranty by the Promoter.
  2. Some Rewards may include the donation of accumulated points to a stated Charity or exchanged for Experiences which will be subject other Providers standard terms and conditions and health or other restrictions. Travel or other incidentals are not included unless stated.
  3. A Member understands that there may be delay in crediting points for Rewards due to third party’s failure to provide necessary information to the Promoter. The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for the delay or failure to credit points in such event.
  4. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of Rewards unless otherwise indicated.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, without notice, to:
    • Withdraw, modify or limit Rewards offered by Promoter and / or Reward Providers in the Kenco Rewards Club and/or the number of points required to redeem for Rewards;
    • Change Rewards or Reward Providers under the Kenco Rewards Club.
  6. The Promoter cannot accept any liability for:
    • Non or late delivery of Rewards to the Member by the third party;
    • Faulty Rewards;
    • Inaccurate description of the Reward by the Reward Provider on the Kenco website;
    • Inaccurate information received from the Reward Provider resulting in inaccurate information displayed in a Member's account regarding cash back or cash exchange amounts.
Donations to Charity
  1. A Member can choose to donate some or all of their points to Charity.
  2. Our chosen charity is Macmillan Cancer Support, registered charity in England and Wales (261017), Scotland (SC039907) and the Isle of Man (604) (“Charity”). Kenco have been working with the Charity since 2010. The Charity provides practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care. The number of people with cancer is growing every day, and the Charity wants to reach and improve the lives of every one of those people.
  3. Every 5 points donated will equate to 5 pence. A Member can donate points in denominations of 5 (minimum donation of 5 points), up to a maximum of 30 points per donation.
  4. A Member can make more than one donation but the maximum number of points that can be donated at one time is 30.
  5. The Promoter will exchange donated points for a cash value and donate them directly to the Charity on the Member’s behalf.
  6. The Promoter will collect all monies donated to the Charity over the period to December 31st 2012. All donations will be accumulated and donated in one large donation in the month after the end of that year.
  7. The Promoter will communicate the total sum of the donation to all Members via Facebook, email or the Kenco website.
Promotion Period
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Kenco Rewards Club at any time. Any notice of termination shall be posted on this Kenco website and you will have 90 days from this date to redeem any points in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Unless specified otherwise, no additional points will be able to be accrued during this termination period.
  2. The Promoter will make every effort to communicate the termination period to all Members, however the Promoter will not be held responsible for failing of such notification to reach any individual Member regardless of the reason.
Privacy and Responsibility
  1. By participating in this promotion and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to the Mondelēz International Privacy Policy
  2. If you have opted in to receiving emails from the Promoter, then you agree to allow the Promoter to communicate with you via email with opportunities to earn and redeem point or other relevant offers. The Promoter will always use this communication method responsibly under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 and other self-regulatory restrictions. Members preferring not to receive such offers can visit their account information page and change their communication preferences to opt-out of receiving such offers from the Promoter.
  3. If you decide to leave the Kenco Rewards Club, we will cease further communication with you regarding the Kenco Rewards Club and your Kenco Rewards Club will be closed within 30 days and any unused Points will be forfeited.
  4. The Promoter may from time to time adjust Members' accounts upwards or downwards in respect to accounting errors, non-payment from Reward Providers, multiple accounts, refunds issued, Rewards returned or suspected fraud, for which the Promoter has full authority.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or the operation of the Kenco Rewards Club at any time. Any amendment shall be effective upon posting the modified Terms and Conditions and/or modified Kenco Rewards Club on this Kenco website and notifying Members either on the Kenco website home page or via email. In the event of an amendment to these Terms and Conditions and/or the operation of the Kenco Rewards Club, a Member's non-cancellation or continued use of the Kenco Rewards Club after 30 days shall be deemed acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions and/or Kenco Rewards Club.
  6. You agree to indemnify and hold the Promoter, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense, or damage, (including reasonable legal fees) relating to a Member's breach of these Terms and Conditions including the posting of any material on any of the Kenco websites.
  7. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mondelēz International accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury suffered by a participant as a result of participation in this promotion.
  8. Any dispute under the Kenco Rewards Club will be resolved by the Promoter. In the event of error or omission on the part of the Promoter, the Promoter's liability to the Consumer is limited to crediting disputed points or account balances to Members' account.

    These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of England and Wales. The Promoter's failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of the Promoter's right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision under these Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

Kenco Codes - a unit of loyalty currency providing the Member with collector points which can be redeemed for Rewards in the Kenco Rewards Club
You / Member - consumers of Kenco products who collect points for redemption against Rewards and who join the Kenco Rewards Club creating a My Kenco account
Pack Owner - the owner of Promotional jars and Eco Refill packs
Kenco Rewards Club - a marketing tool incorporating Kenco in which Rewards are offered to Consumers by Reward Manufacturers and Reward Providers via the
